I do. I don't d/l much, but cd's other people have burned for me
that I've really liked, I've bought them. I had Gillian
Welch-Revival burned for me and liked it so much I bought it AND Hell
Among the Yearlings, and then waited eagerly for Time (the revelator)
to come out. Same w/ VoL (i'd never heard of them before). Had 2 of
their cd's burned for me and now own 5-6 I think, all purchased. Its
also a liner note/cd case thing for me as well. And I love the smell
of a new cd... kinda like the new-car smell deal.

Same here, except for the sister part. Change 'my sister' to 'a few
friends'.
I won't pay the $18+ for a cd though. Unless its OOP or very hard to
find. That just blows me away. Borders does the new release thing @
$12.99 for a week or two, Costco gets 'em cheap too, and most of my
cd purchases are made online. I like this place:
http://cheap-cds.com/surf/home
When I can order a cd from the mainland, have in my mailbox 3-4 days
later for less than the cd stores here even after shipping costs,
well, I can't not do it. If you guys know any cheaper sites, post
away man! :)
