Cincinnati seems to be the best choice, for any number of reasons.

There is a venue here near Moonlight Gardens. Basically, it's a hall
that can be rented. It's very near Coney Island. As I understand it,
since it is a rental place, you can bring what you want to drink
without corkage fees or anything. I do not know how expensive it is or
anything about its availability, but I offer it as an alternative. We
could even get creative and look for non-bar/non-run-of-the-mill
rental places... I recall that the one-and-only Gathering was at a
tremendously cool place...

As we've heard from several people, Spring/Summer would likely be the
best. Sometime AFTER April 15... Probably late May or early June, I'd
say.

Okay. Here's the proposal: Saturday May 13, 2000. Discuss.

Doesn't matter to me. I'm wearing the bunny suit no matter what.

Finger foods would be most ...er... cost-effective. We may be able to
make do with a purchased tray or two or three, supplemented by
offerings from local listees. I'm envisioning an Emery-powered French
Toast line...

I have a connection to a local caterer that's really good... We could
explore that once we have a firmer idea of a date in mind.

We could do a multitude of things, from lostees performing to a larger
'act' later in the evening.

$3.75. 8-)

That's "The Drew", BTW.
