It's not exactly banned, but I have an imported American copy of "Avalon" by
Stephen Lawhead, which was repeatedly turned down by UK publishers, and has
still not been published in this country.  I assume the reason is that it
deals with a highly immoral UK monarchy and a corrupt government.
Controversial?  I think not!
