Yeah, they were from Oregon or Washington originally, then
relocated to Ohio in the early to mid 80's.

Yes, SIAHO was Servant's last album. Linford (and possibly
Ric) joined the band's touring company AFTER that album was
completed and toured for at least two years with them, as
that cd came out in '85 and linford was with them in
'87-'88.
