when i was unemployed at one point, i applied to a chain shoe store (name
witheld to protect the guilty). they desperately needed warm bodies, so i
was as good as hired, but i had to take a "personality" test, like what you
described. the questions on it were absolutely bizarre.
so they didn't call for several days. When i called back, i was informed
that i was unemployable...i had flunked the "personality" test!
that's the last time i give honest answers on something like that; it
shouldn't be fair to make taoists fit into corporate hierchies. :)
although, i also took one of those tests when i worked for the evil empire
(also known as wal-mart). the difference was, that the store manager came
over after i took it and went over the answers with me that differed from
what he wanted to see what my reasoning was. needless to say, they employed
me, so i must have a personality aftre all...:)
