i've been getting them ALL day long. (those fake 'you sent something that
could not be delivered' emails)

i'm not worried for a couple reasons:

one: people spoof emails all the time. viruses do it even better.
two: i don't have the virus.
three: i won't get the virus
four: someone else has it and is smart enough to figure it out and catch
it

you got the email from someone who knows your emailaddress and had it in
their address book - it emailed youpretending you couldn't get your
message thruogh

innocuous. silly.
