there probably will be, but doesn't make it right.  When I go to a baseball
game, or hockey game, and sit in seats that are that close to the action I
am very aware that there could be a puck/ball coming my way.  Do I ever
think that I will die there, no.  But, I do bring my glove (to baseball),
and give full attention.  There are plenty of warnings to be aware of pucks
and balls and if you are worried you can ask to have your seats moved, at
least at the events around here.
