i'll be watching to see if lloyd carr (i just noticed his name begins and 
ends in double letters) can continue his winning streak against joe paterno.

what's your take there - is it time for paterno to retire or will he be able 
to recruit a good team again?  a year ago i would have told you (actually, i 
think i did say this a year ago) that paterno had as many years left at penn 
state as he wanted.  but if he has another losing season, i could see some 
pressure on him to retire.
