i like nin, but i'm sure you're asking because of the live dvd just released.
i love the sound (then again, when is there ever a bad soundboard recording?) but the video on the discs sucks! the quality is as bad as early '90s punk bands. it is, imo, so far below the standards for nin that i have come to expect from trent & co. in the past.
on that note, i'd have to say that, speaking as a fan, the performance truly captures the music. but it doesn't translate well into "sitting around and listening to a cd" music - too much energy for that. if i worked out or anything like that, i'd definitely have to listen to it then.
okay, that's all for now - i have to go and solve a family crisis.
