Oh, I like 'em all, but 'Grace Is the Smell of Rain' and 'Hole in the
World' are right up there. I'm also one of the seemingly few DA fans who
really likes 'Guilty' (a lot of people who like that album don't care for
that particular tune, but for some reason it works for me).

Yeah, 'Hole in the World' is one of the first three. Actually, the fourth
track, '(What's Come) Over Me', is pretty good too (even if I can't hear
the harmonica on that track any more without thinking of the Beatles' 'I
Should Have Known Better'). The two songs about Terry's kids -- 'Noelle'
and 'Buffalo Hills' -- are also pretty cool, in my books.

Ah, you're one of *those* Daniel Amos fans. :)

I already had all four discs on CD anyway -- and the original CDs of two
of those albums had bonus tracks that are missing from the "book set" --
but the book itself was pretty nice. Especially when you consider how
amateurish a lot of M8's other product has been.

Awww, but that was the album that turned me on to the band in the first
place! :)

Well, 1977's _Shotgun Angel_ has been re-issued, yes. You can also
download most (but not all) of that album from the band's mp3.com site.
