RE: The eBay incident

Hey David,

I didn't appreciate that comment about "Is that what
the community's all about?" I had no intentions of
taking anything from anybody. I didn't know someone
on the list had even bid on it. And, I didn't just
"sweep in" and take anything out from under anyone.
As I said on the list a second ago -- I just put one
bid on it and let it ride. If it'd make anyone feel
better they can check out the bid history section. It
was an INTERNET WORLD WIDE AUCTION! How was I to
know?!

Sorry if I sound like I'm mad. I'm not. I'm just
hurt that anyone would think I'd do that. However,
only a few of you know me so you wouldn't know what
I'm like. And, I'm not a cold heartless B****. I'd
never do anything like that to another listee!

Well, I'm done defending me. Sorry I clogged up the
list with all of this.

dearest jessica (and i mean that),

i was just taking note that; a couple days ago, rose posted on the list that
she was SO excited about this bid. (notice both her name on this list & her
bidding name on eBay is the same - acidroz) then yesterday she posted a
"boo-hoo" that she lost it. shortly later, you posted that you won it. i'm
truly sorry for how you read my "community" statement. it was not meant to
be judgemental or pious in the least. (truthfully - it was a bit tongue in
cheek) will you please forgive me? can we let it go as another prime example
of how email's can be misinterpreted?

peace & veggies,
david
