Wheaton Wheaties

Hi,

David, I recommend you take another look at what you originally wrote. I
didn't respond to it, but I certainly got the same impression that others have
gotten: that while you certainly have the right not to like a show, you came
across as saying your subjective impressions were fact (about their level of
preparedness) and I certainly got the impression you thought an acoustic Give
Me Strength was inherently inferior to an electronic one. I haven't heard them
perform it yet, but I am eager to do so. I, also, would be disappointed if a
live show sounded just like a record, and I got the impression from your note
that one of your criticisms was that they didn't sound like the record. Again,
I say this not to say that you didn't know what you yourself were writing, but
just to say perhaps you ought to take another look, since as far as I can tell,
everyone who has responded so far understood you the way I did.

Oh, and Terri sang on Moth, Whatever You Say, and Goodbye, so Karin's not
*quite* a "one bird per cage kind a gal". :-)

And let me also add, speaking as one of the original people on this list, that
if you feel you're being jumped on... that just means you're one of the gang,
now. :-) ;-)

Gotta go, we're about to give the new telescope its first trial run,
