Chris is dead on the money about Victoria Williams.  I think she 
accidentally left her vocal cords somewhere that night, haha.  Perhaps there 
are too many chick-rock singer with the last name of Williams.  Personally I 
didn't take to her vocal style, but a lot of times people with really 
distinctive voices take me a while to get into (Jack Henderson for example).

My good rap: Busta Rhymes (geez, it's amazing), any jazz-rap mix (MC900 Ft 
Jesus on good days), Public Enemy, etc.

Dan:  Minster Oktoberfest will probably have good rappers that you should 
stick around for.  Haha.
