i've been listening to some bluegrass lately when worldmusicradio gets on
my nerves... and i've heard some similarities in rhythms and bass lines in
the bluegrass and OTR... and it made me wonder how do you classify OTR?

did either of them grow up in mining towns? say in WVA or KY? which might
account for the rhythmic influence, or is it something they just picked up
from living in cinci?

i mean - one of the things i like so much about them is their variety and
ability to do well more than one style...
