You aren't supposed to serve it "cold," but it is indeed served a "room
temperature." In Ireland, that means a bit cooler. Trust me, I had it in
almost every pub in every county of Ireland and it was always the
same..."cool." Not "cold.

I'm having me a nice cold Guiness when I gets home, and taking a couple of
them outta the fridge to warm up for Jenni!
