Actually, I was thinking more of a riot in the streets sort of thing.
You know, mass revolt kinda.  Think "Storming the Bastille/the warden's
head on a pike" sort of thing...  

And yes, I do think that suffiecient numbers of citizens, both armed and
unarmed, can make a difference if they work together and fight for a
common cause.

Call me old fashioned.
