It surprises me that it took about 10 posts to get to the "tootsie roll
center" of this question.  I guess there really are "regional"
differences.  I just assumed everyone had sweet or unsweet options when
dining out.  I always hated using sweet and low or anything to sweeten my
already cold tea--it just doesn't mix up well.  You northerners!
