Actually, there is, sorta.  Conspiracy to commit mass murder and otherwise
attack our society is a crime, and it seems pretty certain that people are
conspiring against our society.  We also know that the bulk of these
conspirators are Muslim Arabs from overseas.  Hence, profiling.
