FWIW, though, the Bible itself never calls her Salome.  We know that that
is the name of Herodias' daughter because Josephus tells us so.

Just another fun little bit of trivia, there.

(Comparing and contrasting Josephus and the Gospels on the subject of John
the Baptist and Herod Antipas can be rather intriguing, BTW.)
