Yeah,
the Livgrens were actually founding members of our church, along with my family
and several others. They moved back to Kansas in '94 or '95. They
were really more friends of my parents than personal friends of mine, but I know
them pretty well. Alas, I haven't seen them in a long time; they just
don't make it back to Georgia that often anymore.
My
fantasy is more that K&L are coming to visit my church (or my town) and they
call me up and say "we need a place to stay" or "we're looking for a place to
have dinner" and they wind up spending hours at my home. Although, if
Karin were to lend her voice to worship at my church, I'd love to hear her sing
something like "Breathe." Come to think of it, our worship leader is an
OtR fan himself...

I first got Rachel Rachel for the "Carry On" song as well.
Then got the second cuz I like the first so well.
Wow, Kerry Livgren went to your church? How cool. We
have some starting NFL player that goes to our church, but I don't even know his
name. I'm so not into sports of any kind I like to horseback ride and ski,
but to watch sports on TV or something doesn't do it for me.
Have any of you ever fantasized about having K&L attend your
church and that when they are in town lead Praise and Worship? I can just
hear Karin singing "Come, now is the time to worship".......
