Rest assured, it's not just you. I get sick sometimes thinking of the amount of junk that's *mine*. We've moved every year at least once since 97, and every time I try to tame it a little. Our cds number around 400- those and books are the hardest for me to get rid of. It's easier for me to throw away a card I got from my husband while we were dating. It's nothing against him- I married him, didn't I? <g> - but I'm just crazy that way. This move I'm getting rid of any book I've only read once, and any clothes I haven't worn in 9 months (I'd say six, but that would make me have to throw away all my summer stuff <g>). I've actually started going to the library more, because one, it's free, and two I have someplace to put the books when I'm done reading them :)
Baby steps I guess.
