i've had my own experiences with Paste Music. in november my order (two Monk 
CDs) was delayed because of death in the order filer's family (there are only 
3 people working there), but they did send me a very kind email. i did try to 
change part of my order which was not done. but the duplicate of BLINK ended 
up to be a great Christmas present.

overall i really have trouble believing they sent a mean email. but if they 
did they did.

they were nice to me.
