yeah!  that was it!  and i loved that album.  i even counted it as a
favourite r.e.m. album.  unless i was playing some other r.e.m. album, and
then that was my favourite r.e.m. album,   which continued until __green__
and each post-green album.  never counted any post-green albums as favourite
r.e.m. albums,  and that includes __up__.
