The other point, of course, is that if it's your ideal to confront your 
country, and you burn the flag and get thrown in jail, well, so what? Now 
you're a martyr, and obviously your country's afraid of what you have to say, 
so there MUST be something to it.

It's just not worth the trouble or the importance we'd attach to such an act. 
I might think it's in poor taste, but I respect it as an act of rage and 
expression.
