Now that I have a real job, I have more time to kill.

While I was unable to access my e-mail, I read the list posts off the OTR page.  In January, Chris wrote Neener Neener to someone.  I couldn't believe it!!!!  I've known only one other person who said that.  I never thought I'd hear Neener Neener again.  So, what is the origin of this fine saying??  Is this a regional thing??
