well, i'm on the innocence mission email discussion list (as are a number of
other people on this list), and i just checked the archives to make sure i
wouldn't misquote anything. so here's what im's been up to, directly copied
from the im archives:

The album is finished and should be out June 1. A full tour is out cuz we
have families now, but we'll figure something out, maybe do short four or
five day runs.

Well, this is an official, unofficial announcement from Don Peris (of
the band of course) and Kneeling Elephant Records. What that means is,
I'm allowed to tell you, but the record label has yet to make an
official announcement via press release.

"The Innocence Mission is officially on the Kneeling Elephant/RCA
Records roster."

"Expect to see their next album, `Birds of My Neighborhood', come out in
the US this summer."

"Feel free to spread the word."

"As soon as there is more information" a press kit, etc available "we'll
update the Kneeling Records website."

There you have it. Direct from the sources. Enjoy and speculate as you
will. I'll try and get an advance copy of the material to post about if
possible (and as usual).
