Umm... I'm gonna have to find something for you young'uns to do
during the Anne E show. This reminds me that Wednesday is the last
call for the Oct 10th Listie Get-Together for the Monk show in Kent.

Assume the position!
It's like comparing apples & oranges - I look at a studio album as a
coherent whole and look at it that way. A compilation is a whole
other beast.

Agreed. Sometimes TWHF grabs me in the way you describe. In that
case, only repeat listenings of 'Sea & Sky' will cure my ills. ;-)

Well, I was exaggerating to make the point. The songs you name are
some of the high points of the album. Well...except for HTBS - it
never did a damned thing for me.
