Lilith Fair/Cowboy Junkies and Letterman

This is an important point that I can't believe hasn't been discussed
more. If you go to the Lilith Fair web site and look at the list of
participating artists you probably won't recognize 50% of the names (if
not more). That's because these are acts that are up-and-coming, only
known in certain areas, etc.
One of the BEST things that OTR could do would be to go for a spot on
next year's Lilith Fair tour. McLachlan said that it will definitely go
for one more year, but possibly not after that. This would be a great
chance for OTR to get exposed to people nationally who LIKE THEIR KIND
OF MUSIC! That's a key thing I think...
As far as letterman goes...If the Cowboy Junkies are appearing on the
show I doubt you will see K&L...how many times do you see members of
other bands playing with the band that is LISTED as appearing on the
show that night? Hardly ever...I would have to think that the same
thing would apply to GMA.
