I'd bet the chances are pretty good that there won't be any more
Besides-like CDs until the first round of memberships expire.
I'd love the live CD too. Last I heard, it was shelved "indefinitely".
Does anybody know what would have to be done to release something that
would have Ric on it? Any special royalty deals or anything...

The only CDs are ones people have made at home from tapes for themselves.
No bootleg 'label' has put anything out.
