Actually it's because the wedding photo only went out to the first X
(100 < X < 1000 -- I don't remember exactly) number of people who signed
up. I'm pretty sure the first X were gone before the Rhinelander package
(CD, Northern Spy 1, merchandise catalog) was available at shows, ie you
signed up before anything was actually available.
