I have been a lurker for about five years on this list. I've posted a few times, though I doubt any one remembers me. I go to most of the OtR shows in the Dayton/CIncinnati area so I know some of you have seen me.
Anyway, I am posting because I want some suggestions. I recently got engaged and my fiancee and I want to dance to an Over the Rhine song during our wedding reception. Which song should we use?
I first heard over the Rhine at the Blue Jordan Festival in '99 and have been to a dozen shows or so. My fiancee has seen OtR 3 times this year, Canal Street, Coney Island (Best concert ever) and at the Taft. I can also claim to have personally introduced at least 5 friends to OtR who have become extraordinary fans.
I don't quite know why I told you all of that, I guess I just wanted to share a bit of myself with you.
Something about being madly in love makes you not so apprehensive.
