nader/green party (political - duh) and poem (poetical?)

hey folks - 

just heard the nader is announcing sunday on meet the
press whether he will run.  early indicators seem to
point to yes.

i still think edwards can outlast kerry - should be
interesting.

a rigid gaze
            that looked across
with the blithe certainty that brought her there
mirroring confidence cool and wispy
whispered a withered softness
that masked herself in shadows of desirability
finally yielding to winning
with proud brow bowed and knitted in knowing glance
up over prism eyes that surveyed her kingdom like an
exotic insect
