I used to be a 'pongmaster'.
The game Pong that is.
ya know, before nintendo, before sega, before intellivision, before
atari, before
pretty much everything, there was Pong. Actually still have it in the
bottom of
a closet somewhere.
Tennis anyone?

to show I do know how to be on topic, I like the list format best for
the same reason
most seem to: everything channeled into one place. Forums are nice for
off topic postings,
especially when they turn into in depth threads. Although following a
thread after it splits
off into another can get difficult I'd imagine. Haven't spent a lot of
time in forums so I
don't have a strong opinion.
The luddite argument used without backing is just silly IMO. Sure, some
people are resistant to change but
what has that to do a discussion on the benefits of one particular
medium of communication
over another. Discuss the strengths of both and weigh out the benefits.
Liking something strictly because it's new is just as silly as not
liking something strictly because it's new.
Excuse me while I jump in my horse and buggy and clomp back to work.
