i say: cynical iconoclast (:

with a twist of truth (:

see, it's like the word special (or any other word).

now say it to yourself 4 times, still sounds like a word?

say it some more

pretty soon, it sounds like gibberish nonsense, no true meaning left.

so in that case, i understand about something hitting the big time.

*however* (andi am probly wierd like this)

i *like* when it hits the big time, more people are exposed, but also -
it's easier for me to find it (be it clothing, music or books)

popular means availabitliy.

it also generally in economic terms, means more pricey (big sad point of
popularity)

however the law of scarcity does the same thing to that which is little
known, but you greatly desire.

ect.

so either way, you're screwed. (:

if you like something, great. like it.

but why stop liking it just cos a bunch of other people like it? that
seems.... childish? kinda like, 'you have a toy just like mine, and i
don't like you. so i don't like my toy any more'

or something

approximating sense
