Suitcase - lyric help

this song's got me, got me in a bad bad way.  i have been
randomly singing "stealin' awa-a-ayyy on a sunny day..." since
hearing it.  there's one part i can't get and it's making me
bonkers... any help or corrections'll be 'preciated.

as for the 'what'cha' stuff... i have no clue how to spell that,
or if there even is a way.  so i went with the 'spell it like it
sounds' thing.
