Kylie, my wife has a copy and says she usually gives it 50 - 75 pages before
she either gets into it or puts it down. She hasn't given it the requisite
50 - 75 but says it's a pretty slow read at the start. Maybe you'll like it
if you give it a 50 - 75 page fair shake?

Also, I tried to read *The Poisonwood Bible* by Barbara Kingsolver a while
back, and just couldn't get into it. Maybe I couldn't get into it b/c I was
sad, and on a bus coming home from seeing the boyfriend before he deployed.
I dunno.
Have any of you read this book?? Maybe you could tell me something to make
me like it. :)
