I won and paid thru paypal on Dec. 1 and still haven't gotten my item. I talked to the person, (who by the way, changed his eBay screen name, moved, and changed his phone number!!) But I finally managed to track him down and he claimed he had sent out a new item bc it got "lost in the mail" or something. So I am waiting two more weeks and still nothing. What makes me mad is that he erased his name or user account, on eBay so I can't leave negative feed back or anything, but he nonetheless I am sure he started a new one, and someone else will probably have the same problem with this loser!~ So anyway~ I filed a fraud report. I think if your item is over $25 then you can file a fraud report and possibly get a pretty decent portion of your money back. There are other things you can do too. Surf eBay, or even just the web, and you'll find plenty of options. The downside is that a lot of them require you to wait like a month after you pay before you can file, and then they investigate for another few weeks or what not-so a lot of time passes before you'll see your refund if you see if all! hope it helps a bit, i feel your annoyance! patty
