Hallo, People Of The List
Abundantly tressed wife and I will be in the urban death maze known as the
Big Apple for Elektra at the Met tomorrow night, and as the opera is only
about an hour an a half in one act, we figured that gave us latitude to
hit OtR's 10:30 show at Makor. Thank goodness for the late start. The
notion of OtR with a cellist was too good for me to pass up. I believe
the idea of Karin Berquist being in the same room with a cello qualifies
as the proverbial "better than sex."
Will any Listeroos be at the late New York show? I've been admonished for
not introducing myself at past shows, so be looking for a dude about six
foot with a curly beard and no mustache, sporting lovely female companion
of waist length smoky blonde hair.
