Actually the only one I think that Blur won was when "Country House" and
"Roll With It" were released on the same week in '95. I think Oasis has
sold a lot more records than Blur, not that that is an indication of
musical worth, but I don't think Blur won many of those battles. I'm a
huge Blur fan too, but their last two records have been awful (the self
titled one and "13"). A British band trying to make crap U.S. indie rock
is not a good idea, although "Tender" was cool because it had a gospel
choir. Any rock band singing with a gospel choir is cool. :)
