I'm sure that's niggling about somewhere in his head but I do think he really 
believes  it a nessessary action. Not that I do, just saying what I believe 
he thinks. Whether the timing is directly tied to the elections....who knows, 
you could be right.  
   One of the many thing that really bugs me about all this is that at one 
time not long ago *first strike* was NOT in the just war catagory.
