RE: Champaign (was Well's Street, baby!!!)

I'm still thinking about going but have found no takers on riding from
Chicago. I'm torn because it will be my first visit to Chicago and want to
explore the city as much as possible. If Champaign were a little closer, it
would be a no-brainer. Sharing the ride with fellow lostees might just be
enough to sway me, though. I think I'd have just enough time to make it
after making my first-ever pilgramage to Wrigley Field to see the Cubs (in
all probability) beat my Texas Rangers that afternoon.

PS I almost used Champaign Jam as the subject line but thought better of it
after realizing that there are probably listees who weren't even born when
that song came out...

I remember seeing you.
And that would have been us you had seen, my wife is about 5'10 and me a
meager 5'9. Stop and say hello next time out.
It's also a pretty sure that I'm gonna head down to Champaign in a couple
weeks, anyone besides Joel planning on going?
