Length

I know that the question of what length is appropriate for a CD was pondered here recently, but now I'm wondering - what's appropriate for a concert.  I saw Steve Earle play last night and he played for approx. 2 hours 45 minutes - and that's not even the longest set I've seen from him.  My recollection of OtR shows though, are that they tend to play for around an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours if they're really in a groove.  So my questions are:

What's the longest set you've seen out of OtR?
Why doesn't OtR play lengthier sets?
What set lengths do you consider acceptable/unacceptable?
