AS a matter of fact, now I think of it, my brother-in-law bought one and its tube(?) broke within six months.
He was NOT the guy in the office building by the way, thanks for asking.
 
Me, I don't have a tv at all. No time to watch it, I spend all my nights reading ht eposts on this list.....

I thought these kind of things only happened in America, but yesterday a man held 18 people hostage in an Amsterdam office tower because he was angry at Philips who had sold him a crappy wide screen television.
Only the Philips board had moved to a nearby office tower recently, so he was in the wrong building.
After about five hours, the guy shot himself through his head in the toilets. All hostages escaped unhurt.
