LIVE FROM THE BEACHLAND BALLROOM

If you're not doing anything and would like to see some searingly hot poetry
on a cold day- this is likely to be the best poetry reading you're going to
come across for a long time.

Even if I weren't on the bill.

In related news, I just noticed in a post from katherine she mentioned I
made the slam team again this year. This isn't quite right. I made slam
finals again. Fifth years in a row (5 for 5, yeah, go me.) The finals will
be later in 2002, and if I make the team (which would then be 3 out of five
years, here's hoping) I get to go to Nationals.

This show advertised here you may not see its like again till Slam Finals.
Plus there's a buffet being provided by The Beachland (Yes, I get to be on
the same stage as OTR was a month previous WOOTY WOOT!). And the Beachland
puts out some great tucker.
