Re: yet do not, i would not go

Sheesh Kelvo, feel strongly about this?

I used to have a problem with celebrities who endorsed causes too. Now, it
just seems like one of those things where everything will work out for the
greater good. I mean the celebrity's motivations may not be pure (I know I'm
frequently selfish in the things I try to do on my own level--are there
really any true altruistic gestures out there--porbably very few ) but in the
end, someone does profit from the act. If I want to focus on the negative
aspect, it will only negatively effect me and my world view. If I choose to
focus on the positive then I am still aware of the negative, and can make
decent decisons about the situation, but I'm not all wrapped up in something
I cannot change.

Just a few quick thouhts before I head off into the rain.

M
