There just happens to be a fan club copy of the very LP you long for, on eBay, auction ending around dinnertime Wednesday. Search for De Franco (gotta have that space)

(Whenever someone says they'd love to find whatever, I can't help but look on the Internet. And there it was.)

Also, almost all OtR albums are available on half.com, if you're willing to pay (some more than others). No Darkest Night, though.
