I have sensed some questions about CD's availability.  While I'm no
authority, I believe that this is the case:

From the office:

TWHF no booklet
Patience no booklet
Eve no booklet

All others from the office come with booklets!

Am I right?  And I know I'm right that if you order from the office, the band
gets the money.  If you order from half, ebay, gem or even a used store, they
get nothing.  I'm all about getting money to the band when I can..  Plus you
can usually get it cheaper from the office.
