I was once.
It was not a nice case and luckily, I didn't have to sit on the jury .
It was, like ysobelle's, a murder case.
I was also asked  that, if knowing 
there would be a death penalty involved I was sure I could 
find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and reccomend the death penalty. I 
had to say no. Not for the DP, at least I have huge reservations about it. 
That was that. I was outa there.
