Hmmmm.... it depends what you're into... His very
early stuff is just him singing and playing an
overdriven guitar... "Talking to the Taxman About
Poetry..." is a good album. I would also recommend
"Life with the Lions." His most recent two, "Don't Try
This At Home" and "William Bloke" are more fully
produced albums, but equally glorious pieces of
lyrical work.
If you like good social/political songwriting, you
can't go wrong. He's a very smart and clever writer.
