No WTC or Marsha content

Is it just me, or has the content of this list gotten a bit bizzare in the past few days...?

 

Here's my situation/question, and I'm looking for opinions...

 

I'm in a masters program where all the people in my classes are fairly close. There are 30 of us and over the past year we've developed good relationships and had really good times. Come next June we will all be graduating and going our separate ways.

 

One of my classmates has offered to put together a "CD" in which each of us choose one track and then she compiles them all and will burn copies for each of us.

 

I'm not sure yet what song I am going to submit, but I was thinking possibly something by Over the Rhine because chances are people will hear it and think of me because most of them know I'm into the semi-obscure female fronted band scene.

 

Any ideas what would be a good song for the masses that would showcase the band and possibly have meaningful lyrics for the occasion?

 

Any suggestions would help....
